§ 32.055 MEETINGS; PROCEDURE, QUORUM, VOTE.
   The Retirement Commission shall hold meetings regularly, at least once in each calendar month, and shall designate the time and place thereof. The Commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings. All meetings of the Commission shall be public. Four Commissioners shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the Commission. Each attending Commissioner shall have full voting rights and shall be entitled to one vote on each question before the Commission, and a majority of those Commissioners in attendance at which a quorum is present casting concurring votes shall be necessary for a decision by the Commission.
