§ 32.054 FILLING VACANCIES.

(A) Any vacancy occurring in the office of a Commissioner provided in § 32.051(A) or (B) of this chapter shall be filled within 60 days from and after the date of vacancy, for the unexpired portion of the term, by appointment by the Municipal Service Commission or the City Council, as the case may be.

(B) Any vacancy occurring in the office of a Commissioner provided in § 32.051(C), (D), (E) or (F) of this chapter shall be filled within 60 days from and after the date of vacancy, for the unexpired portion of the term, in accordance with § 32.052 of this chapter.
