§ 32.032 SUPPLEMENT PAYMENT TO RETIRANTS AND BENEFICIARIES.
   A supplemental payment shall be made 10-15-1976 to each retirant or beneficiary who satisfies the applicable following conditions:
   (A)   The retirant or beneficiary is entitled to a retirement allowance payment for the month of October 1976; and
   (B)   Eligibility for this supplemental payment shall be determined as follows and shall consist of the following elements.
      (1)   Supplemental payment A.
         (a)   To be eligible for supplemental payment A, the retirant shall have retired on or before:
            1.   October 1, 1972, if the retirement allowance derives from service as a general member;
            2.   October 1, 1969, if the retirement allowance derives from service as a police officer or firefighter;
            3.   October 1, 1973, if the retirement allowance derives from service as a municipal service member; and
            4.   January 1, 1975, if the retirement allowance derives from service as a hospital member.
         (b)   In the case of a beneficiary, the effective date of the retirement allowance shall be the date of death of the member or the date of retirement of the member, as the case may be.
         (c)   The amount of supplemental payment A shall be equal to the sum of:
            1.   Two dollars multiplied by the number of complete years between the effective date of the retirement allowance and 12-31-1975; and
            2.   Four dollars multiplied by the credited service of the member at the time of retirement or death, as the case may be.
      (2)   Supplemental payment B.
         (a)   To be eligible for supplemental payment B, the retirant shall have retired on or before 1-1-1975.
         (b)   In the case of a beneficiary, the effective date of the retirement allowance shall be the date of death of the member or the date of retirement of the member, as the case may be.
         (c)   The amount of supplemental payment B shall be equal to 5% of the annual amount of retirement allowance payment of each retirant or beneficiary, as the case may be.
