§ 32.031 METHOD OF MAKING PAYMENTS.
   All payments by the retirement system shall be made by the City Treasurer according to charter provisions governing payments from the city’s General Fund. No such payment shall be made unless it has been previously authorized by a specific or continuing resolution adopted by the Retirement Commission.
