As a result of all active and retired hospital member’s liability in this chapter being transferred to the Wyandotte Hospital and Medical Center, Inc., a subsidiary of the Henry Ford Health Care Corporation (HFHCC), effective on 4-30-1988, notwithstanding anything elsewhere in this chapter to the contrary, all references to hospital members and their benefits in this subchapter are hereby declared null and void and of no further effect after 4-30-1988. All references to hospital member retirees and their benefits in this article shall continue to apply to those hospital member retirees on 4-30-1988, and prior thereto in accordance with the Wyandotte Hospital and Medical Center, Inc., Retirement Plan.
