§ 52.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person or entity which violates any provision of §§ 52.030 through 52.043 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine of $500 per day for each infraction, plus costs and expenses and any other relief allowed by law.

   (B)   The authorized enforcement agency may recover all attorney’s fees court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this section, including sampling and monitoring expenses.

   (C)   In addition to, or as an alternative to any penalty provided herein or by law, any person who violates the provisions of §§ 52.055 through 52.068 shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $500. Such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day during which the violation occurs or continues.
