Unless otherwise provided herein, an application for renewal of a license shall be considered in the same manner as an original application. All applications for license renewals shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk not later than June 1 of each year (except for the 2019-2020 licensing period, where renewals shall be filed no later than August 1).
