(A) Written notice of suspension or revocation of a license stating the cause or causes therefor shall be delivered to the licensee personally or mailed to his or her address stated in his or her application for license.
(B) (1) Any person whose license is revoked or suspended shall have the right to a hearing before the Council; provided, a written request therefor is filed with the City Clerk within ten days following the delivery or mailing of notice of revocation of suspension.
(2) The Council shall have the right to reinstate the license if it determines the business is in compliance with all terms of this business regulation title that may apply to the business.
