§ 130.038 PERSONS EXEMPT FROM LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   No license fee shall be required from any person exempt from payment of the fee by state or federal law.
   (B)   Such persons shall comply with all other provisions of this business regulation title.
   (C)   The City Clerk shall, in all such cases, issue to such persons licenses which are clearly marked as to such exemption.
