§ 130.030 SCOPE.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all licenses and permits issued by the city in the absence to provisions of the contrary.
   (B)   The term “license”, as used in this subchapter, shall be deemed to include the term “permit”, but not registration certificate.
