§ 130.014 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Written notice of suspension or revocation of a registration certificate stating the cause or causes therefor shall be delivered to the registrant personally or mailed to the address stated in the application for registration.
   (B)   (1)   Any person whose certificate is revoked or suspended shall have the right to a hearing before the Council provided a written request therefor is filed with the City Clerk within ten days following the delivery or mailing of notice of revocation of suspension.
      (2)   The Council shall have the right to reinstate the registration if it determines the business is in compliance with the terms of this business regulation title.
