§ 130.010 PAYMENT OF FEES.
A registration period shall run from June 1 to May 31 (except for the 2019-2020 licensing period, which shall be August 1 to May 31). No certificate shall be issued until the appropriate fees, as prescribed by resolution of the City Council, have been paid by the applicant to the City Clerk. All fees required for the registration of a business pursuant to the code of ordinances must be paid in full and may not be prorated, regardless of when an application for a certificate or permit is made. No rebate or refund shall be made of any registration fee, or part thereof, by reason of the death of the registrant or by reason of non-use of the certificate or discontinuance of the operation of the commercial establishment.
