(A) The provisions of this business regulation title shall apply to all certificates issued by the city clerk in the absence to provisions of the contrary. The term “registration”, as used in this subchapter, shall be deemed to include the term “certificate”.
(B) For the purpose of this business regulation title, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. A person, partnership, corporation or any other entity engaged in commerce, manufacturing, industry, occupation, profession, trade, service, profit-seeking enterprise or concern.
CODE. The City of Wyandotte Code Ordinances, all codes adopted by reference or other means by the city and all city ordinances.
