§ 116.006 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Health Officer may formulate and promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter, as he or she may deem necessary to govern the inspection and operation of meat, poultry and seafood markets, and meat food products manufacturing or processing establishments.
