Primary ballots.
20.   Section 7.Primary ballots shall have no party designation, emblem or mark, shall be numbered in accordance with the requirements of the general election laws of title state and shall be printed upon plain, substantial white paper and shall be substantially in the following form:

   The city, pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 117.32, has abolished constables.
