14. Section 1. The inhabitants of the City of Wyandotte having the qualifications of electors under the constitution of the state, and no others, shall be electors therein, and every elector shall vote in the election district where he shall have resided during the twenty (20) days next preceding the day of election. The residence of any elector, not being a householder, shall be deemed to be in the election district in which is located his regular place of lodging. All qualified electors of the city shall be qualified to vote at all primary, general and special elections held under the provisions of this charter.
