§ 178.018 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The general powers and duties of the Citizens’ District Council shall be in accordance with the provisions of Public Act 344 of 1945, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.71 et seq., as amended, and the ordinances of the city.
