§ 178.017 MEETINGS; RULES; RECORDS; QUORUM.
   Each Citizens’ District Council shall hold meetings regularly at least once each month and shall designate the time and place thereof. It shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings. All meetings and records of the Citizens’ District Council shall be public. A majority of the members of the Citizens’ District Council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
