§ 177.028 BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   The Authority shall exercise its powers within the downtown district described in “Addendum A” attached to Ord. 1223-B and incorporated herein by this reference.
   (B)   The City Council may alter or amend the boundaries of the downtown district to include or exclude lands from the downtown district pursuant to the same requirements for adopting the ordinance creating the authority.
