(A) The Downtown Development Authority shall have all the powers and duties prescribed by Public Act 57 of 2018, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651 through 125.1680, which shall become incorporated herein as the amendments become effective by this reference.
(B) Any questions of interpretation of the powers and duties and responsibilities of the authority shall be resolved by reference to Public Act 57 of 2018, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651 through 125.1680.
