§ 177.003 OFFICERS, RULES AND MEETINGS.
   The Commission created herein shall select its President and the Vice President and Secretary. The Commission shall hold meetings monthly and shall designate the time and place thereof. It shall adopt its own rules of parliamentary procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings. Five persons shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
