10-4-5: APPROVAL BY TOWN COUNCIL:

The town council shall approve or disapprove the subdivision application and issue a ruling within forty five (45) days after receiving a report from the planning and zoning commission. Approval of the final subdivision plat shall be by ordinance. Minor plats and minor replats as defined in section 10-1-11 of this title shall be approved by resolution of the town council. (Ord. 93-9, 6-14-1993)
