Any change in an approved or recorded subdivision plat, if such change affects any street layout shown on such plat, or area reserved thereon for public use, or any lot line, or if it affects any map or plan legally approved prior to the adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions, such change shall be approved by the planning and zoning commission by the same procedures, rules and regulations as for a subdivision, except as provided under section 10-1-11 of this chapter. The subdivision shall be identified as the "RESUBDIVISION OF ____________" in the title. (Ord. 2004-02, 3-8-2004)
