8-2-1: PROHIBITED:

Except as provided in sections 8-2-2 and 8-2-3 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, explode, or fire, or cause to be discharged, exploded or fired, within the town of Wright, any firecracker, roman candle, skyrocket, torpedo, or other combustible fireworks or other like explosive or pyrotechnic device.
