§ 152.080 MINIMUM FLOOR AREA FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
   Every room occupied for sleeping purposes by one or two persons shall contain at least 100 square feet of floor space and every room occupied for sleeping purposes by more than two persons shall contain at least 70 square feet for each additional occupant thereof.
