§ 151.002 STRUCTURES OF UNUSUAL DESIGN.
   When a structure of unusual design as to system or materials is certified, by an architect or engineer registered in the state, to meet or exceed the basic structural requirements and the fire resistant standards of the town minimum housing code and does not otherwise violate any existing code or ordinance, the Building Inspector may issue a permit for construction.
