§ 150.18 RENTING OF DOCKS PROHIBITED.
   (A) The renting of docks, dock spaces, or moorings for any purpose whatsoever is prohibited in residential zones, and is also prohibited in the shore zone where the shore zone is opposite and between the water and residential zones.
   (B) No services may be made available by owners of piers and docks to persons using piers or docks who are not owners; however, water and electricity may be supplied at no cost to the non-owner user by the consenting owner.
   (C) No commercial activity of any kind may be carried on incidental to the ownership or use of any pier or dock in any residential zone or in the shore zone where it is opposite and between the water and a residential zone.
   (D) This section does not apply to piers, docks, or other moorings in existence on 12-ll-75, except that modifications or new construction shall conform to the terms of this section.
