§ 150.05 CONSTRUCTION OF PIERS.
   (A)   No person shall build, place, erect, or cause to be built, placed, or erected any piling, post, pier, stake, pipe or implement whatsoever, either permanently or temporarily, at or beyond any street ends of street right-of-way between the shore and the pierhead line within the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to set pilings for the mooring of boats or vessels of any kind or to moor boats or vessels of any kind, either permanently or temporarily, at or beyond any street ends or street right-of-way between the shore and the pierhead line within the town.
