§ 115.05 RETAIL SALE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES FROM MOBILE VEHICLE; PROHIBITED.

No person shall, within the jurisdiction of the town, operate, maintain, or engage in any business, trade, or activity, which includes or involves the retail sale of food or beverages from a mobile vehicle, either motorized or otherwise. The provisions of this section shall not apply to events sponsored by the town.
