§ 113.26 SOLICITING OUTSIDE BUILDING; PROHIBITED.
   No person holding a permit to operate the game of bingo shall, outside the building in which the game is to be played, solicit, induce, or attempt to solicit or induce any person to engage in a game of bingo.
