(A) No type of music machine located within the town limits shall be played except between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and l:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 2:00 a.m. Saturday being considered a part of Friday for the purposes of this section; between 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday; and between 10:00 a.m. on Sunday and 2:00 a.m. on Monday. (B) No person shall operate or allow to be operated any coin-operated music machine, juke box, or piccolo, other than in a completely walled and roofed enclosure. ('72 Code, § 14-9) Penalty, see § 10.99
