Every person desiring to operate a dance hall shall first secure a license from the town. The person shall apply in writing to the Board of Aldermen for the license, specifying in writing the street and building in which the applicant intends to operate the dance hall and the name of the person who shall actively manage the dance hall. The application shall contain the number of square feet available in the dance hall and shall be signed by at least five residents in the town.
