§ 113.02 FERRIS WHEELS AND OTHER RIDING DEVICES.

No person shall maintain or operate a carnival company, circus, show of like kind, ferris wheel, merry-go-round, whip, other similar riding devices and other shows, amusements, and enterprises of like kind, with or without a name, within the town.
