§ 95.17 WET GARBAGE.

All garbage shall have the liquid drained off and shall be containerized in waterproof plastic bags or other waterproof combustible material before it is placed in the garbage receptacle. The owners of operations violating this section shall receive a surcharge in accordance with the adopted fee schedule.
