§ 94.09 STORAGE AND DISPENSING OF GASOLINE.

No person shall establish, maintain, operate, or conduct any facility for the storage or dispensing of any quantity of kerosene, oil, gasoline, or other inflammable material for distribution to retailers or consumers, except as provided in § 94.11(B).
