(A) Failure to comply with this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and any person convicted of a violation shall be punished as provided in G.S. § 14-4, to include a fine not to exceed $500. Each day's violation of any provision of this chapter is a separate offense.
(B) Each day's continuing violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(C) The town may seek to enforce the provision of this chapter through any appropriate equitable remedy issued from a court of competent jurisdiction.
(D) The town may seek to enforce the provisions of this chapter through any appropriate equitable remedy issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
(E) The town may seek to enforce this chapter by using any one or more combination of the foregoing remedies. The issuance of a civil citation shall not preclude the issuance of a criminal summons or arrest warrant where deemed appropriate.
