§ 94.05 DISCONNECTED AND UNUSED WIRES TO BE REMOVED.

No electric light, telegraph, or telephone company shall permit any of its disconnected, dead, or unused wires to hang or remain on any pole, tree, or house where the same has been formerly connected and in use. All wires shall be taken down and removed immediately, upon notice by the Fire Inspector.
