§ 91.29 NEW HANOVER COUNTY RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNATION OF A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOG.

The current provisions of New Hanover County Animal Control Ordinances regarding the designation of a potentially dangerous dog are hereby adopted and shall apply within the corporate limits of the town.
