§ 91.28 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.
   The provisions of the chapter shall be enforced by the Animal Control Officer, police officers, and other officers as may be authorized by the Board of Aldermen, under the operational supervision of the Police Department pursuant to policies established by the Board of Aldermen.
