§ 91.25 PERMISSIBLE PERIODS OF IMPOUNDMENT.

Domesticated animals shall be impounded for no less than three days unless claimed by its owner in accordance with this chapter. The animals shall be impounded in a humane manner in any animal shelter designated by the Board of Aldermen.
