(A) For any vehicle to be deemed legally parked in any parking space for which a fee is charged: (i) the appropriate fee shall be paid via pay by cell platforms or automated pay station where applicable. All payment platforms require license plat inforrmation to be entered as vehicle registration of paid parking; or(ii) the vehicle shall display a daily or weekly parking pass as described in division (C) below; or (iii) the vehicle shall display a current residential parking permit, commercial parking permit or contractor parking permit as described in §§ 74.42 and 74.43.
(B) The fee to be paid for parking in a marked parking space shall be as established from time to time by the Board of Aldermen.
(C) The Town Manager is authorized to implement a program for the issuance of daily and weekly parking passes, the fee for which shall be as established from time to time by the Board of Aldermen.
