(A) Paid parking shall be in effect for the regulation of parking within the town from March 1 through October 31 daily between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. except as set forth hereinafter.
(B) In the South Lumina parking lot (624 S. Lumina Ave.) at access #36; on the north and south sides of East and West Salisbury Street to include the area extending from the eastern end of Salisbury Street at Johnnie Mercer's Pier at access #16 westward to the end of Salisbury Street at the foot of the bridge located on the east side of Banks Channel; in the Shell Island lot (2398 N. Lumina Ave.) at access #4 (the L-shaped lot); in the Shell Island lot (2698 N. Lumina Ave.) at access #2; in the Ocean View Lot at access #3; in the Moore’s Inlet Lot at access #8; along Jack Parker Blvd. at access #44, and in the Wynn Plaza lot, metered parking shall be in effect for the regulation of parking from March 1 through October 31 daily between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
(C) Parking restrictions for Gene Floyd Drive, the public parking lot adjacent to the tennis courts and the parking adjacent in the town's historic square adjacent to Salisbury Street shall be as set forth in § 74.49 hereinafter.
(D) In all other locations designated as paid parking zones, except as otherwise provided in this chapter, paid parking shall be in effect for the regulation of parking from March 1 through October 31 daily between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
