Except as provided herein, no vehicle shall remain backed up to a curb except when actually loading or unloading. Provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to motorcycles which shall be permitted to park with the rear of the motorcycle backed up to a curb. The provisions of this section shall not apply to events sponsored by the Town.
