§ 70.07 REGULATIONS TO APPLY TO PUSH CARTS; BICYCLES.

Every person propelling any push cart or riding a bicycle or an animal upon a roadway and every person driving any animal-driven vehicle shall be subject to the provisions of this title applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions which, by their very nature, can have no application.
