(A) The Special Events Coordinator, Town Manager, or Board of Aldermen have the authority to revoke a special event permit if the holder of such permit fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any terms and conditions of such permit.
(B) A permit revocation may be appealed to the Town Manager by giving written notice of such appeal within ten days of the date such revocation is effective. Any appeal shall be heard by the Town Manager within five working days of the receipt of such written appeal.
