Whenever a street is designated one-way and traffic control devices are installed in accordance with this schedule, no person may drive a vehicle on such street except in the direction indicated by the traffic control devices. The following streets are hereby designated one-way streets and the Town Manager shall install appropriate traffic control devices on such streets to indicate the direction of lawful traffic movement.
