§ 151.008 DEFINITION.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   “HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE.” White goods or large electrical appliances that are typically, but not necessarily, finished in white enamel. “HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE” includes, but shall not be limited to, a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher.
