Immediately upon the issuance of a parade, picket line or group demonstration permit, the Special Events Coordinator shall send a copy thereof to the following:
(A) The Town Manager;
(B) The Town Attorney;
(C) The Police Chief;
(D) The Fire Chief;
(E) The Director of the Department of Public Works; and
(F) The manager or responsible head of each public transportation utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade or public assembly.
