(A) Floodway district. The floodway district includes those areas designated as floodway on the Flood Insurance Rate Map adopted in § 152.012. For Lake Okabena, the floodway district shall include those areas designated as Zone AE that are at or below the ordinary high water level elevation of 1578.5 feet (NAVD 1988) as defined in M.S. § 103G.005, Subd. 14.
(B) Flood fringe district. The flood fringe district includes those areas designated as floodway fringe on the Flood Insurance Rate Map adopted in § 152.012, as Zones AE or AO located outside of the floodway. For Lake Okabena, the flood fringe includes those areas designated as Zone AE that are below the 1% annual chance flood elevation (100-year flood elevation) but above the ordinary high water level elevation of 1578.5 feet.
(C) General floodplain district. The general floodplain district includes those areas designated as Zone A or Zone AE without a floodway on the Flood Insurance Rate Map adopted in § 152.012.
