Persons riding or propelling any bicycle, shall observe and obey all traffic signs and stop at all stop signs; and shall obey all traffic rules and regulations applicable to bicycles; and shall turn only at intersections, signaling for all turns; and shall ride at the right hand side of the street or highway, pass to the left when passing vehicles or bicycles that are slower moving; and shall pass to the right when meeting.
